Kimberly Dawn Woody, 24, of Dublin, Va., passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009, in Williamsburg. She was a graduate of Pulaski County High School, Class of 2002. Survivors include her mother, Sherry Yopp Long, of Dublin; her father, Rusty Woody, of Lynne, Ala.; her sister, Michelle Long, of Long Beach, Calif.; her brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Tracy Woody, of Jacksonville, N.C.; her aunt, Jackie Perdue, of Riner; nieces and nephews, Bradey Woody, Breanna St.Clair, Michael Franks, Jamie Blackard, and Paris Michelle Black; special friends, Granny and Paw Paw Montgomery; and numerous friends and extended family. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2009, at the West Radford Church of God with the Rev. Owens, the Rev. Hershel Daniels and the Rev. Arthur Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2009, at the church.
