He died Oct. 4, 2002, at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born Dec. 24, 1942,
at Ada to Lucas Jackson and Bertha Juanita Boyd Beam.
He lived in this area all of his life. He graduated from Ada High School in
1961. He was a retired as an electrician from Drummond's and Service Electric.
He retired in 1987 with 23 years of employment.
He and Connie Privett were married Aug. 9, 1961.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, Kathleen Beam and Carla Beam.
Survivors include, his wife, Connie Beam, of the home; two daughters, Levonna
Etier, Ada, and Trina Frederick, Ada; a brother, Bobby Beam, Hinkley, Calif.;
two sisters, Patricia McKinney, Henryetta, and Helen Allen, Ada; and seven
grandchildren.
