She was born June 25, 1927, in Pittsfield, Pa., the daughter of the late Thomas and Eunice Gibson Bower.
A 1946 graduate of Youngsville High School, Youngsville, Pa., she was a Chautauqua County resident most of her life.
Marjorie was a full-time homemaker and mother, who also assisted her husband with the operation of the family dairy farm and Woodside Camp Grounds in Arkwright. In her early years, she was an operator for Bell Telephone.
She enjoyed square dancing, visiting with the staff at Heritage Village and attending her grandchildren's sporting events.
Wife of 53 years to the late Charles L. Zink, whom she married July 10, 1957, and who died Dec. 15, 2010; mother of Craig Zink of Fort Pierce, Fla., David Zink, Susan (Paul) Mathers and Sallie (late Dean) Nickerson, all of Cassadaga, and the late Raymond Zink (Jan. 22, 1999); grandmother of Erin Mathers of Fredonia, Michael and Cassandra Mathers, Kristi Zink, Denver, Dallas and Savannah Nickerson, all of Cassa- daga; great-grandmother of Mackenzie; sister of Albert (Faith) Bower and Betty (William) Leichner, all of Jamestown, Nancy Bower of Warren, Pa., Ralph Bower, Raymond (Cubby) Bower, Richard (Karen) Bower and Arthur Bower, all of Youngsville, Pa., Marcia Spear of Clarenden, Pa., Shirley Riley of Covesville, Pa., Patricia Johnson of Erie, Pa., and the late Donald, Robert and Kenneth Bower. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday in Park United Methodist Church, 49 Sinclair Drive, Sinclairville. Visitation 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Jordan Funeral Home, 6 Parkway Drive, Sinclairville. Burial in Burnham Hollow Cemetery, Arkwright.
