Shawn was a cancer survivor, at eight years old, at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN and succumbed to the ravages of his body from radiation treatment given in '77 and '78. Surviving is his wife, Kimberley; daughter, Lanysa; step-daughter, Nycole; mother, Betty Marino; brother, Troy; aunts, Judy Savoie and Marilyn Adams and uncle, Dean Savoie.
