Mrs. Evaline Marie Pierson died at a Pocatello nursing home early Monday after a long illness. She was born April 11, 1887, at Wilford. Her family moved to Canada in 1900. They farmed there until moving to Idaho Falls in 1928. She had been a Pocatello resident since 1942.
Survivors include sons Dorwin of Idaho Falls and Daniel of LaClede; daughters, Mrs. Ez Jensen of Hood River, Ore, and Mrs. Vernessa Holcomb of Roseville, Calif.; a brother, Fred Smith of Hollister, Calif,; and a sister, Mrs. Janette hardest of Sebastopol, Calif.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home, Idaho Falls. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park.
