Ben W. Cudd, 74, who had been making his home with his nephew, Leon, in the town of Lucas died Wednesday night while visiting at the home of his nephew, Byron, in this city. Mr. Cudd who formerly resided at Ogema, was born Nov. 14, 1870 at Ellsworth, WI. Mr. Cudd was the last survivor of his family. He leaves:

daughters Martha (William) Tracy, Minneapolis, MN
Sadie (Helmer) Hanson, Washington, USA
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Olson Funeral Home, the Rev. Felix Ruquist of the Immanuel Baptist church officiating. Interment was in Halvorson Cemetery, Menomonie Junction.
