and son Bernard Dzambik of Santa Clara, Cal.

Bernadine and Bernard were twins.

brother John of Lorain.O and

sisters Helen Zelina of Buda, Texas and Betty Wisneski of Lorain,O.

She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1991, parents, Andrew and Anna Luca and sister Margaret McManus in 1987.
