1860 Census Eliza is married to Elisha Phelps, John Cotton also living with them in Whites Corner, Potter County, Pennsylvania. Elisha was a Civil War veteran. Elisha and Eliza came to Grand Traverse County, MI, Elisha dying 02 June 1866.
Eliza married widower, Jonas Youker on April 14, 1867 in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. Together they had two children: John Henry Youker and Clarence Washington Youker who died in infancy.
