ELIZABETH ANN REESE, 81, formerly of Milton, W.Va., passed away December 31, 2010, at Fairmont General Hospital. Elizabeth was born February 18, 1929, in Boone, County, W.Va., daughter of the late Francis Marion Toney and Orva J. Honaker Toney. Elizabeth was formerly employed at the Milton Public Library as the Librarian. She was a very active member in the Milton Methodist Church, where she conducted youth meetings and taught Sunday school. She was on the Board of Directors of the Pumpkin Festival, and a member of the Milton Garden Club. She enjoyed gardening, basket weaving and spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband James Robert Reese; a son James Francis Reese; a brother Charles Toney; and a sister Ruth Brahan. Family and friends may call at the Milton Methodist Church, Milton, W.Va., from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, January 8. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. at the church with Rev. Lynn Cartwright and Rev. Keith Leap officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Memorial Cemetery.
