Geraldine Hardin, 86, of Colmesneil, Texas, passed away, Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at Palestine Regional Medical Center in Palestine, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 29th at 9:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Colmesneil with burial in Colmesneil Cemetery.
Geraldine was born September 10, 1925 to Odie & Lottie Cherry Ellerbee in Orange, Texas. She was a devoted wife and mother who always put others first.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Odie & Lottie Ellerbee and her sister, Geneva Griffith.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Roy Hardin of Colmesneil; son, Stephen Hardin of Nederland; daughters, Lynda Hardin Poston & husband, Vincent Poston of Normangee, Darlene Lee & husband, Skeeter of Nederland and Donna McCord & husband, Kirby of Palestine. Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home of Woodville. Gerry had 8 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.
