Glenn Milton Casleton, 50, Murphysboro, died Tuesday at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, Murphysboro, after a six-month illness.

He lived in Murphysboro for 21 years and was owner and operator of Glenn's Appliance store.

Mr. Casleton was born Oct. 22, 1911, in Elkville, the son of George and Mollie Schwartz Casleton. He married Magdalen Young in Murphysboro Sept. 10, 1934.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Elks and the Murphysboro Chamber of Commerce and attended St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Murphysboro.
