FUNERAL SERVICES FOR FORMER DELTAN
Funeral services for Clarence Lloyd, 48, of Lake View, a former Deltan, were conducted Sunday in the Scera Auditorium at Orem, in charge was Bishop Wilden Taylor. Mr. Lloyd and companion, Kenneth Scott, were drowned last week while fishing at Deer Creek Reservoir, when the boat began to sink. A third member of the party was Howard Johnson, also of Lake View. As the boat began to sink, Lloyd and Scott attempted to swim ashore, but Mr. Johnson remained with the partially submerged boat and was rescued.
