Mrs. Hannah Schmeck, widow of the late Edward Schmeck, died at the residence of her son, Charles W. Schmeck, 161 River Street. Deceased died of general debility, after a week's illness. Mrs. Schmeck was well known and highly respected. She was a member of St. John's Reformed Church and leaves three surviving children. Ephram and Charles W. Schmeck, of this city, Mrs. Thomas Rusk, of Philadelphia, and thirteen grandchildren. Mrs. Lillie Geiger, Mrs. Clara Muthart, Mrs. Ellen Miller, and Harry C. Schmeck, of this city; Mrs. Alice Christian, of Pottstown; James Schmeck, of Lebanon; Mrs. David Comm, Mrs. Samuel Casson, Mrs. John Geshring, Misses Mamie Barlett, Oli Rusk, Emma Barlett, and Edward T. Rusk, of Philadelphia. Deceased died in the 78th year of her age.
