Actor. Born John Joseph Francis Mulhall. Best remembered as 'Liutenant Walsh' in "The Phantom of 42nd Street." Mulhall appeared in about 400 movies from the 1910s to 1970s. He guest-starred in the pilot episode of TV's "How to Marry a Millionaire" (1957).
