Mrs. Janet Estes Hendrickeon,
widow of Charles E. Hendrickson,
died Friday night. She had been
residing at 35 Wallace street.
Born February 2, 1873, in Memphis,
Tennessee, she was graduated
from the Ely School, New York city,
in the class of 1892. Mrs. Hendrickson
was married In 1900 and the
couple resided until 1910 in Jersey
City, where her husband had his
law offices. They moved in that
year to Red Bank, where Mrs. Hendrickson
had since lived. Mr. Hendrickson
died in 1937.
Mrs. Hendrickeon was a member
of First Methodist church, Red
Bank, and was active in Red Cross
circles during World War 1. She
is survived by two daughters, Mrs.
Robert W. Inglls of Red Bank, and
Mrs. James F. Forest of Denver,
Colorado, and one son, Charles Elvin
Hendrickson, who Is now serving
as an intelligence officer In
China.
The funeral was held Monday afternoon
at the Mount Memorial
home, with Rev. Roger J. Squire,
pastor ot the Red Bank Methodist
church officiating Mrs J. William
