Ruth Ann Anderson, Baraboo, died surrounded by her family at her home.
She was born in Dodgeville the daughter of Charles and Freda (Kreul) Biddick. Ruth Ann graduated from Linden-Cobb High School in 1960. She worked in Dodgeville, for several years before working at the Department of Vital Statistics in Madison. She also worked at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. She married Larry Anderson on Sept. 24, 1966, and they farmed in Blanchardville, on a dairy farm. She then moved to Baraboo, where she worked for the past 22 years at the Baraboo Public Library as a librarian and in acquisitions. Ruth Ann was very much loved by her families. Her faith was a very important part of her life and she was an active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She loved dancing, gardening, golfing, and traveling. She especially enjoyed her trips to Ireland, Europe, and Hawaii.
Ruth Ann is survived by her husband and faithful Bichon, Susie; two children, two grandchildren, two sisters, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her uncle, Harold Kreul; her mother- and father-in-law, Anna and Glenn Anderson; her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Dorothy Biddick; brother-in-law, Richard Heimerl; and nephew, Bruce Biddick.
