MAYER-CAILLETEAU—Miss Hazel Caillteau and Mr. Joseph Myers of Baton Rouge, were united in holy matrimony on Saturday afternoon at 6:30 o’clock, at St. Francis Xavier’s rectory, Rev. Father Plauche being the celebrant.
The bride was attractively gowned in Georgette costume in tan tones with hat and coat and other accessories in charming harmony.
Immediately after the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride, 1126 Ninth street, after which the happy couple rejaired to Hotel Bentley, leaving on Sunday morning by motor for Baton Rouge where they will reside.
Miss Cailleteau is the daughter of Capt. W. D. Cailleteau and was for a number of years in the employ of the local telephone company.
