Neal Craft, 54, formerly of Newark Valley, passed away suddenly on April 1, 2008. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Esther (Carman) Craft, and sister, Janice Decker. He is survived by his girlfriend of 9 years, Addie Davidson; his children, Bobbi Jo, Cornealous Jr., Rusty, Hillary, Taylorrae; his 'stepchildren', Loretta, Jason, Toni; 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Also surviving are his brothers, Daniel, Fred, Burt (Pat), Ronnie (Michelle), Randie (Sue), Budd; half brother, James Mills; sisters, Eva (Ray) Swansbrough, Anita (Pat) Burke, Joanne (Tom) Stanton; many nieces, nephews and cousin. Neal was a former employee of Loeffler's Valley Fresh Produce in Newark Valley and IPS in Owego. He was a man with a big heart and was always available for his family. His family will receive friends on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St., Newark Valley. A funeral service will follow there at 11 a.m. with Rev. James Willard officiating. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery.
