Crystal Lee Jones Burns, 82, of Little Rock passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2008. She was born on December 5, 1925 at Vilonia, Arkansas, and was the youngest of ten children born to George Washington Jones and Onie Lee Stephens Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Troy Burns, Sr. Mrs. Burns was a member of First Baptist Church in Little Rock. She was a former member of Riverdale and Pleasant Valley Country Clubs where she enjoyed golfing and other social activities.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry Caldwell Burns; and her nine siblings, Alley S. Jones, Grady W. Jones. Ronald B. Jones, Vonnie Davis, Hellice Clark, Ramona Blankenship, Basil Jones, Clifton H. Jones and Howard Jones.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her survivors: a son, Troy Burns, Jr. of Little Rock; a daughter, Paula Burns Noble and her husband, Garry F. Forte of Greenville, South Carolina; and grandchildren, Jennifer Noble Kelly and husband John of Raleigh, North Carolina, Kimberly Noble Fireman and husband David of Atlanta, Georgia; and great grandchildren, Worth Kelly and Noble Kelly; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A graveside service to honor Mrs. Burns' memory at 4:00 p.m., at Grissard Cemetery near El Paso, Arkansas with Reverend Mike Silvey officiating.
