Service Held For M. Manley
Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Ellen Manley, 90 of Hinton, were held Tuesday, November 18, at the Hinton First Baptist Church, with Rev. Earl Skaggs, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Hinton Cemetery.
Mrs. Manley was born February 3, 1885 in Russellville, Kentucky, and died November 15 in the Watonga Municipal Hospital. She moved from Russellville, Kentucky to Mountain View in 1919; to Bridgeport in 1932; then to Hinton in 1963. She was a housewife. She was married to Sam W. Manley in November of 1900 at Bolin Green, Kentucky.
He died October 19, 1962 at Bridgeport, Okla.
Survivors include three sons: Amos and Billy Manley of Carnegie, and Leon Manley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; five daughters, Mrs. Hattie Marlett and Mrs. Rosie Evans of Mountain of Mountain View, Mrs. Velma Leedon of Hinton, Mrs. Louise Manley of Geary and Mrs. Lorraine Meadows of Ponca City
