Deceased Name: Daisy Evelyn Curry

Daisy Evelyn Curry, 88, of Kellogg, passed away March 10, 2010, at Bee Hive Homes of Pinehurst. She was born Oct. 2, 1921, in Spokane; Daisy was the daughter of Frank Joseph and Violet Bessie (Sturdavent) Voyteck.
Daisy had attended schools in Spokane and Montana. She married James Curtis Curry on June 26, 1947, in Washtucna, Wash. James and Daisy moved to the Silver Valley in 1948 from Washtucna.
Daisy was a homemaker and had also worked as a clerk for Gary's Drug of Kellogg, Sunnyside Drug of Kellogg and Rexall Drug of Kellogg; she had also served as a clerk for Stein's IGA of Kellogg.
Daisy was a member of the Osburn V.F.W. Auxiliary and a member of the Silver Valley Worship Center of Smelterville. She loved and enjoyed her family, crafts, boating and camping.
Daisy is survived by two daughters - Marilyn Price of Kingston, Janice Porter of Everett, Wash.; one son - Larry Michael Curry of Kingston; 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her parents, her husband - James Curry, two sons - Frank Reasoner and Mickey Reasoner, and one daughter - Carrie Rae Reasoner.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 15, at 11 a.m. at the Silver Valley Worship Center in Smelterville, with Pastor Corey Berti officiating. Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery of Kellogg.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Silver Valley Worship Center of Smelterville.
