Celina native David B. Timmerman, 52, 2076 W. Union City Pike, Union City, Ind., died Sept. 11, 2003, at St. Vincent's of Randolph County Hospital, Winchester, Ind. He had been in a traffic accident several days earlier and an autopsy was performed in order to pinpoint the cause of death. He was born Dec. 15, 1950, in Celina, to William and Armella Wendel Timmerman. His mother survives in Rossburg. Surviving are a son, Joshua, and two daughters, Rachel Peace and Amy Timmerman, all of Union City; Ind. a brother, Chuck (Emily) of Union City, Ohio; seven sisters, Kay (Tom) Walsh, Bluffton, Ind., Pat (Gene) Siefring, New Weston, Peg (Louie) Hart, Fort Recovery, Pam (Stephen) Hartzell and Debbie (Tom) Bueter, all of Rossburg, and Penny (Steve) Brunk, Union City, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Erma (Bobby) Stump, Fort Recovery, and Gerry (Earl) Hartman, Greenville; and five grandchildren. Two brothers, Donald and Paul, are deceased. He was employed at Union City Body Company and owned and operated Dave's One Stop Bait Shop. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Union City, Ind. American Legion Post. Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. (Ohio time) Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Union City, the Rev. Alan Funk officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Calling is 7-9 p.m. today at Reichard Funeral Home Inc., Union City, Ind.
