Evie was born to George and Anna Wurzinger at Eden, SD. She was a twin to Evangeline who preceded her in death. Evie married Richard (Dick) Werner on September 28, 1938 at Sisseton, Roberts County, SD. Two children were born to this union, Carol and Ronald. "Ronnie" was in a plane crash which took his life. Evie is survived by her daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
