Born Sept. 27, 1927, at Wagoner, Mrs. Carlow had lived in Quapaw for seven years, moving here from the state of Washington. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Her husband, Billy Joe Carlow, died in 1987.
Survivors include one son, Steve Mikle Vinson, Picher; three daughters, Eileen Carlow, Quapaw, Kathy Bennett, Galena, Kansas, and Kandi Fawn Cupp, Joplin; One sister, Della Butler, Quapaw, and seven grandchildren.
Services will be at 2:00p.m. Friday in the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel, Picher. The Rev. Don Sebastian will officiate. Burial will be in Ottawa County Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Albert Bennett, Norman Bennett, Stanley Hawes, Glen Hawes, Charles Moreland and Robbie Turner.
