Mr. Grace was born Jan. 14, 1925 in Decatur, the son of Dewey and Hilda (Hendrix) Grace. Mr. Grace was a member and former council member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was a World War II Army/Air Force veteran. In 1952, Mr. Grace and his brother opened and operated Grace Bros. Floor Covering until 1991. He was an avid bowler and golfer. He married Alice D. Keyl in 1948.
