Rose Phillips Shelburne Falls
Mrs Rose Phillips 82 of 77 Main St. died yesterday morning at the Warren Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Meridan Conneticutt Dec 25, 1855 the daughter of Ebenezer and Delia Burnham. She had lived in Shelburne Falls most of her life. She was the widow of Winsor L. Phillips who died in 1943. She was a member of the Trinity Fellowship. She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Madeline Mitchell and Mrs. Ethel Mitchell both of Shelburne, a son Winsor L Phillips of Shelburne Falls, 19 grand children 49 great grand children and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2PM at the Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Arms Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours. Flowers are to be omitted.
