The will of George N. Shore, a Bolsa Grand Army veteran, who died on November 4, filed for probate today, contains a provision for a fund to be used to purchase a monument to be erected over the grave' of his daughter, Mrs. Avetta C. Wllley, and it Is stipulated that should her surviving husband, L. 8. Wllley, object to having the monument over her grave, the monument be kept on Shore's lot in Zion Cemetery until after Willey's death. Shore left an estate worth $1300.
