Leonida K. Lindsey 80 passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lee was born to Eugene Herrick and Leonida Dalrymple Herrick on April 6, 1931 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Sidney Lindsey; one son, John E. Lindsey and one brother Woody Herrick.

Lee is survived by her son, Chuck Lindsey and wife, LaDonna of Crystal Beach, Tx.; two daughters, Cheryl Hudson and husband Mark Lucas of Owasso, Ok; Gail A Jarrett and husband, Dan of Claremore, Ok. six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

She enjoyed her family and taught them the importance of family and unconditional love. She always challenged them to be better parents and grandparents than she was. She enjoyed her pet dog Lilly
She enjoyed watching football games between Army, Navy and the Air Force. She loved her friends at the Adult Day Care Center in Claremore. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
