Funeral services for Mrs. Hattie Griffith Wilson, 73 will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Lockhart Baptist Church by the Revs. Charles A. Griffith, Ralph Carver, W.L. Edwards and R.L. Diciost. Burial will be in Union memorial Gardens.
Pallbeareers will be Floyd Branks, J.G. Sprouse, Raymond Allen, W.E. Conard, C.G. Brown and John Lancaster.
The family will be at the home of a daughter, Mrs.Camak Carter at 306 E. Main Street, Union.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lockhart, where she had lived most of her life.
Surviving are one daughter; Mrs. Camak Carter of Union, step-mother, Mrs. William Griffith of Landrum; three brothers, J.R. Griffith of Buffalo, Ray Griffith of Startex, and Melvin Griffith of Landrum; four sisters, Mrs. J.G. Suttles of Greer, Mrs. C.L. Rollins of Startex, Mrs. Jess Blalock of Lyman, and Mrs. Ellis Forrester of Landrum; also two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Brown-Bolton-Jolly Mortuary is in charge.
