Mrs. Juanita R. Cochran
Body of Mrs. Juanita Rogers Cochran, 46, was found by her brother, Wince Rogers, about 10:30 a.m. Saturday at her apartment at 146 N. Fourth St. Dr. James W. Ramey, Boyle County coroner, said she apparently died of natural causes Thursday night. An autopsy is being conducted and Danville Police investigated. Dr. Ramey said it is most likely that she suffered a heart attack. Mrs. Cochran was the widow of Guy Eveheart Cochran and was the daughter of Broadus and Delia Rogers of Junction City. She was born Aug. 26, 1928, in Casey County and had worked for Palm Beach Co. 19 years. A resident of Boyle County most of her life, she was a member of the Junction City United Methodist Church. Survivors also include a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Shirley) Walls of Junction City; two brothers, Wince of Danville and William H. Rogers of Junction City; two sisters, Mrs. Dennis (Estelle) Cochran of Hustonville and Mrs. Russell (Iva Belle) Alsman of Junction City; and three grandchildren, Rickie Dale, Marcia Lynn and Traci Carol Walls. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Robert Forester Monday at 10 a.m. at the Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home with burial in Bellevue Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m.
