He was a native of Mr. Ida, Arkansas where he graduated from High School he also graduated from the Camden Police Academy. He served on the Garland County Sheriff's Department for 10 years and went on to become a tax investigator for the State of Arkansas where he retired from after 30 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Daisy Robbins and two brothers, Jimmy and Jack Robbins. Tony was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, March 24, 2012 in Mt Ida, AR at Faith Tabernacle with burial of cremains to follow at Owley Cemetery. There will be a lunch served at 12:30PM at the church.
He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years Ella Faye Robbins of the home, two daughters, Tonia Robbins of Huntington, AR and Jennifer Robbins of Fort Smith, AR; two sons, Michael Robbins of Huntington, AR and Stephen Robbins of Hot Springs, AR; a sister Dorothy Craddock and her husband Jeff of Wichita, KS; four grandchildren, Tabitha, Cailin, Carly and Ethan Robbins and a long list of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
