Ora O. Barentine, 84 of North Little Rock, formerly of Cabot, died Wednesday in a Jacksonville Nursing Home. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church of North Little Rock.
She was born May 14, 1880 to John J. and Amanda Miller Kittrell.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Andrew Barentine, and one infant son, Finis Barentine.

Survived by one son, J.A. Barentine of Hurst, Texas; five daughters, Maggie Hall, Analene Jones, and Alcia Dean all of Jacksonville, Vera White and Lillian Haynie of North Little Rock; 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grands and one gr-great-grand child.

Services were held at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church near Cabot with Rev. Jack Rainwater, and Rev. Paul Carroll officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery with Bailey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
