Retired schoolteacher
The funeral for Mrs. Edna Lovett Duncan of Decatur, a retired schoolteacher with the Clayton County Public School System, will be at 2 p.m. today at Herschel McDaniel Funeral Home with burial at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
Mrs. Duncan, 86, died Thursday at DeKalb Medical Center.
Surviving are two sons, Sammy Duncan of Decatur and George D. Duncan Sr. of Riverdale; four sisters, Elma McCleary of Emporium, Pa.; Christeen York of Alvaton, Ga., Sue Woodward of Springfield, Pa., and Paula Campbell of Sharon Hill, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
