"There were at least two Andrew Jackson Barbers born in FL in the 1830's. People have confused the two many times

His father was named William W Barber. William W Barber was the brother of the Moses Barber made famous in the 'Barber/Mizzel Feud'.

This AJB enlisted in Co 'H' of the 7th FL Infantry in Orange Co on 17 May, 1862."
