Daughter of William H. Cook, and was born in Selkrik Settlement, Manitoba, Canada in about 1825, but no definitive documentation of this has come to hand, with the best reference being the mention of her age 25 on her OR death card.

Her father came from England to Manitoba in 1810 and was a high ranking employee of the Hudson's Bay Company until 1846.

At the time of her marriage to Joseph Barry Rogers, she was the widow of David Flett of what is now Washington County, Oregon. By him she had two sons, William George Flett and John Flett. There were four children by her second marriage to Joseph.

Married David Flett on January 25, 1841, in the Parish of St Andrew's, part of the Red River Settlement in what was then called Rupert's Land in then "British North America"

According to the President of the Dundee Pioneer Cemetery, there is no current record of Letitia Rogers or her husband, Joseph Barry Rogers, being buried there. Records for the cemetery were lost in the 50s/60s. Burial details unknown from the cemetery's standpoint.
