Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
He died at 4 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at his home of natural causes.
A native of Hopkinsville, he was born Jan. 25, 1933, the son of the late H.O. and Ethel Hayes Brown. He was a retired self-employed roofer and was a Korean War Navy veteran. He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Eagles.
A daughter, Lavonna Brown, preceded him in death.
Survivors include three sons, Tony Brown, Muncie, Ind., Beau Brown, Joelton, Tenn., Clint Brown, Nashville, Tenn.; a daughter, Jamie Brown, Florida and four grandchildren.
