IOWA RESIDENT (OF) 81 YEARS DIES
"Sioux City Woman Passes Away on Visit at Hawarden"
A Resident of Iowa for 81 years, Mrs. J. H. Walrod, 1112 Cecelia Street, died Monday of infirmities brought on by old age. She passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. R. Bray of Hawarden, Ia., where she had gone a short time ago for a visit. She was 90 years old.
Mrs. Walrod had been a resident of Sioux City for the past six years, coming here in 1919 from Hawarden. Funeral services will be held at Hawarden this afternoon and interment will be in the Hawarden cemetery.

NOTE- It was actually the husband who had passed away, but the newspaper somehow was misinformed and printed an obit about Mrs. Walrod- the widow- by mistake!
