Peggy Lou Judd Lee was tough. Macular Degeneration destroyed her eyesight, then she had a stroke. She fell and broke her hip; then she fell and broke her pelvis. Finally, she had another stroke.
Peggy Lou Judd Lee passed away peacefully in her home on May 8, 2023. She was born the daughter of the late Claude and Irma Willard Judd, April 19, 1935, in Thomasville, MO. She was raised in and around Thomasville but graduated from Koshkonong High School in 1953. Peggy married James Lee, July 4, 1954, in Rover, MO.
Peggy is survived by her husband, James Lee, West Plains, MO; one son, Steven Lee, Lakewood, CO; one daughter, Pamela Manley, West Plains, MO; one grandson, Justin Lee, Colorado Springs, CO; two brothers, Claude Judd (Caroline) and Willard Judd both of Malden, MO.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Barbara Croney; two granddaughters, Anna Lee and Jennifer Gehner.
Peggy loved yard sales, flea markets, church sales, book sales etc., and collecting everything. She loved to read and to be outdoors in nature.
No memorial service is planned at this time. Burial will be in Huddleston Cemetery.
