OBITUARY - MRS. SELMA RISDON

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Mrs. Selma Risdon, 78, the wife of John J. Risdon of Binghamton, N.Y., died at Binghamton City Hospital on Saturday, July 28, after a three-month illlness.
.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, J. Walter and George W.; two grandchildren, Betty and Dene; three nephews, Jerome of Arlington; Kenneth of Albany, N.Y.; and Clement Viault of Manchester; and a niece, Mrs. Clifford Atkins of Bennington.
.
Mr. Risdon is well known in the Bennington area. He was recently the subject of a story in the Banner on his hobby, etching on fungi.

Burial will be in the Scotsville Cemetery in Danby, Vt. Funeral arrangements are pending.
