Richard Miles was the son of my ancestors, CAPT. JOHN & ELIZABETH (HARRIMAN) MILES and grandson of my immigrant ancestor, RICHARD MILES.
Richard was Lieutenant of the Militia in New Haven. He married about 1694, HANNAH EASTON, daugher of JOSEPH & HANNAH (ENSIGN) EASTON of Hartford. They were the parents of my ancestor, HANNAH MILES, who married ISAAC GORHAM.
His wife, Hannah died Sept. 28, 1714, and Richard married second, Elizabeth Chauncey on Apr 10, 1716.
