Mable Greer
MILLICAN - Funeral services for Mable Greer, 62, a retired printer for Texas A&M University Press, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Hillier Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be in Wheat Cemetery in Millican with the Rev. C.O. Hardy officiating.
Mrs. Greer, who died Thursday morning in a local hospital, was a member of V.F.W. Auxillary Post No. 4692 and Northview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn Greer of Millican; three sons, John Dockery of Millican, Calvin Dockery of La Grange and Burtis Dockery of Bryan; a step-son, Ronnie Greer of Bryan; two step-daughters, Glenda Greer of Bryan and Tammie Greer of Cleveland; her mother, Leathy Brown of Dayton; four brothers, Joe Brown of Houston, Charlie Brown and Bob Brown, both of Dayton and Glenn C. Brown of Tunis; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
