ELMWOOD - Roy Clare Jividen, 92, of Elmwood, Mason County, died Friday in Extended Care Division of Jackson General Hospital, Ripley after a two-week illness.
He was a retired farmer and lifelong resident of Mason County. He was a member of Warner United Methodist Church at Elmwood.
Surviving; wife, Ora McCoy Jividen; daughters, Mrs. John Kenyon of Charleston, Mrs. Chester Bartram of Allance, Ohio; sons, Dale of Columbus, Ohio, Vance of Baltimore, Ohio, Emil of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Arlin of Moundsville; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday in Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo with the Rev. William "Bud" Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in Warner Church Cemetery, Elmwood. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
