Services for John H. Putnam, 49, of 465 S. Fifth St., who died Saturday at Lee Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness, are 9 a.m. Tuesday at Foster Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church, the Rev. John J. Costello officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today (April 4) at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Mr. Putnam, who was born in Port Henry, lived in Fulton most of his life. He worked as a machinist at the D-K Manufacturing Co. of Fulton. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church in Fulton. Surviving are five daughters, Debra L. Putnam, of Baldwinsville, Janice G. Putnam, of Delaware Water Gap, Pa., Donna L. Watson, of Weedsport, Jaqueline M. Lombardo, of Fulton, and Jennifer R. Putnam, of Jordan; his mother, Dorothy Putnam, of Las Vegas, Nev.; two brothers, William, of Las Vegas, and Raymond, of Ticonderoga; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
