Bertha M. Dugger, 71, of Beardstown died Monday, Feb. 20, 1995, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
She was born Nov. 28, 1923 in Schuyler County to Ross and Daisy Pearl Pemberton Dupoy.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Brewer of Beardstown and Mrs. Judy Davis of Rushville; four sons, William Dugger of Rushville, Thomas Dugger of Springfield, and Mike and Danny Dugger of Beardstown; 10 grand-children; eight great-grandchildren, one brother, Ace Dupoy of Frederick; two sisters, Peg Peterman of Rushville and Sally Moore of Nacogdoches, Texas, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and three brothers.
She was a member of the Beardstown First Christian Church and worked as a cook in the restaurant business for more than 30 years.
Services were Wednesday, Feb. 22 at the Cline Funeral Home in Beardstown. Burial was in the Messerer Cemetery in Frederick.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
