Our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, Norval L. Myers, age 39, after living an honorable life, returned to his Heavenly Father February 27, 1997.

He was born December 3, 1957 in Murray, Utah to Lewis W. and LaRue V. Myers. He was sealed for time and for all eternity to Roma Jean Little, October 14, 1983, in the Salt Lake temple.Norval grew up in Midvale, Utah, and graduated from Hillcrest High School. With a desire to excel and progress he had many interests and talents, some of which were: Boys State delegate, Eagle Scout, Sterling Scholar winner, 1st place awards in basketball and softball, and was awarded the Governors scholarship.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in Pharmacy. He completed a National Pharmaceutical Council Internship with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. He spent his career working as a pharmacist at Harmon's Inc., and Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.

Norval enjoyed woodworking, horses, mechanics, motorcycles, and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved working with youth and teaching them valuable lessons to help enrich their lives. Our lives were uplifted because of his jokes, laughter, and smile. His greatest joy and achievement was his family. He is dearly loved by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He served an LDS mission to Geneva, Switzerland. He held many church positions including Blazer leader, Varsity Coach, Young Mens Advisor, Hometeacher, and Sunday School teacher. His testimony of Jesus Christ and devotion to the gospel never waivered.

Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Roma Jean Myers, three children; Jason Scott, Chantel Marie, and Aimee Nicole; sisters Karen (Mark) Chamberlain, South Jordan, Julie (Ray) Homer, Sandy, brother Kipp (Tonya) Myers, Sandy. Also in-laws Ty and Marion Little, Morgan, and many caring relatives.

He is now reunited with his loving parents who preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 4, 1997 at 12 noon at the Sandy Utah Crescent Stake Center, 10945 S. 1700 E., Sandy. Friends may call Monday evening, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 S. 1700 E. and Tuesday at the church from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
