Published in the Daily Herald, Provo Utah, Sunday Oct 27, 2002 page 9--Arthur Wilson Hall, "Together Again: ---Arthur Wilson Hall, a long time resident of Orem, passed away on Oct 23, 2002 of natural causes. He was born June 22, 1918 to Arthur and Louisa Hall in Glasgow Montana. He married Mary Joyce Johnson on June 1, 1940. They were later sealed to each other in the Logan Temple.
Arthur bravely served his country in WW II, where he was wounded and received a purple heart.
He worked at Clark Engineering , Geneva Steel and K-C Manufacturing as a machinist. After retirement , he served a mission for the LDS Church in Salt Lake City. He is survived by his three children; Marie Putscher of West Jordan, Melvin (Linda) Hall of Phoenix Arizona, and Paul (Diana) Hall of Provo. He has 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He will be missed by all of us who loved him.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 29, 2002 at 11 am in the Orem 2nd Ward LDS Chapel, 80 S 280 E, Orem Utah. Friends may call at the Berg Mortuary of Orem, 500 N State Street on Monday evening from 6-8 pm on Tuesday morning at the Ward Chapel. one hour prior to services. Interment Timanogos Memorial Gardens, Orem. The family would like to pay tribute and give thanks to all those who gave good and compassionate service to our father.
