Orlando married Catherine Davis in 1866. They were the parents of 5 children: Clarence, Eleanor, Gertrude, Anna Ethel, and 1 other daughter. He married 2nd Ida Hanson in 1910. They were the parents of James and Harold.

March 12, 1945 - Carroll Times - Funeral services for O.E. Wareham, 81, who succumbed to a heart attack March 10 at Clyde, Ohio, are to be at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Glidden Methodist church, with the Rev. H.H. Proett, officiating. Burial will be in the Glidden cemetery. The body will arrive in Carroll at 7:45 Tuesday night and will be taken to the Huffman Funeral home.

Mr. Wareham, a farmer, was born in Pennsylvania Dec. 27, 1863. After living in this community many years, he left here about 15 years ago. He was a member of the Baptist church and the Yeoman lodge.

Seven children survive: Mrs. C.R. Carter, Crofton, Pa.; Mrs. Mae Perkins, Glidden; Mrs. Grover Hettinger, Wilmington, Calif.; C.E. Wareham, Hiawatha, Kan.; Mrs. Asa Green, Youngstown, Ohio; James Wareham, Geneva, Ohio, and Harold Wareham, Detroit, Mich.

March 17, 1945 - Carroll Daily Times - Funeral services for Orlando E. Wareham were held in the Methodist church at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Rev. H.H. Proett, pastor, offficiated. Mrs. Proett sang two numbers accompanied on the orfan Mrs. Lloyd Riedesel. Burial was in Westlawn cemetery.

Orlando Ellsworth Wareham, son of David and Eleanor Busch Wareham was born at Shenango Falls, PA Dec 27, 1863. In his early youth he moved with his parents to Tipton, Ia., and later to Carroll county. Mr. Wareham was united in married twice. He was united in marriage to Miss Katherine Davis in Chester county, Neb., in 1886. To this union were born five children: Mrs. C.R. Carter of Clyde, Ohio.; Mrs. Guy M. Perkins, of Glidden; Mrs. Grover Hettinger of Wilmington, Calif.; Mrs. A.R. Greene, Youngstown, Ohio, and Clarence Wareham, Hiawatha, Kan.

The first Mrs. Wareham died in 1902 and in 1910 Mr. Wareham married Miss Ida Hanson of Summit, S.D. To this union two sons were born, James Wareham of Geneva, Ohio, and Harold Wareham of Detroit, Mich.

Mr. Wareham had lived in the Vicinity of Clyde, Ohio, since 1925. He followed the occupation of farming and gardening, When a young man he united with the Baptist church in Nebraska. During the past few years he was active in the Townsend Club of Clyde, Ohio.

Mr. Wareham passed away at a home south of Clyde, Ohio. Just when death occurred is uncertain as last Saturday when his daughter, Mrs. Carter, and her husband returned from Pittsburgh they found him dead in his home. Funeral services were held at the Fiser Funeral Home at Clyde Monday, with the Rev. J.P. Cordero of the Methodist church officiating. Mrs. Howard Carter, wife of a grandson of the deceased, sang two numbers and was accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Kennard Gephart.

Mr. Wareham is survived by his four daughters and three sons, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Haggard of Glidden, and Mrs. Ada Rogers of Los Angeles, Calif., 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Out-of-town relatives who attended the rites included Mrs. C.R. Carter, Clyde, Ohio; Mrs. A.R. Greene, Youngstown, Ohio; Clarence Wareham and daughter, Betty Jane of Hiawatha ....
