Mrs. Johanna B. Weiler, wife of George J. Weiler of No 426 Sixth Street, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Schumacher of No 742 Eighth Street, died Sunday morning at 1 o'clock at the Weiler home after a week's illness following confinement. Deceased was in her 31st year. The immediate relatives are heart broken over the loss that has come to them and the legion of friends of the deceased throughout the city feel no less the blow. Mrs. Weiler was held in high esteem by all who knew her. She was a member of the Martha Society of the German Zion's Lutheran church. She is survived by a husband, mother and father, one brother, Lewis A. Schumacher of Pittsburg, and two sisters, Mrs. William D. Young and Miss M. Carrie Schumacher. The funeral was observed this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Weiler home. The Rev. Albert S. Bacon, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, and Dr. Thomas Snyder conducted the funeral services, Mr. Bacon in English and Dr. Snyder in German, and the interment was made in Oakwood cemetery.
