WATERBURY—Irene (Alford) Lombardi D'Agnese, 91, of Farrington Ave., died Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Saint Mary's Hospital, after a long illness. She was the widow of Michael D'Agnese.

Mrs. D'Agnese was born Jan. 18, 1915, in Lebanon [Marion Co.], Ky., daughter of the late George and Mary Lilly Alford. She worked at Uniformed Services Inc., as a seamstress for many years. She was a member of the Washington Park Community House and was involved in the senior programs. She was a parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Church.

She leaves a daughter, Paula Roy of Waterbury; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Two sons, William and James Richard Lombardi; and a daughter, Barbara Bounocore, are deceased.

Arrangements: Funeral 9 a.m. Friday from Casey-O'Donnell Family Funeral Home, 1581 East Main St., to St. Francis Xavier Church, 625 Baldwin St., for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
