"Lawrence Carter, 2 year old son of Mr and Mrs A H Carter of Casper,suffered a broken neck and almost instant death when a motorcycle that he was trying to mount fell over on him. The child was the next to the last of nine children, seven of whom had died. A brother was killed under an automobile less than a year ago."
The only truly dead are those who have been forgotten.
